Every Haus of Holiday project is a little different, but there are a few things almost everyone wants to know.

From booking and installation to rentals and takedown, you’ll find the details below.

BOOKING & CONSULTATIONS

  • The earlier, the better. Prime installation dates—particularly November and early December—are limited and reserved on a first-confirmed basis. We recommend beginning the design process as early as possible to allow adequate time for planning, sourcing, and customization.

  • Begin by booking a private design consultation. Before we meet, you’ll have an opportunity to tell us about your space, your vision and the type of project you’re considering. Photos and inspiration images are always welcome.

  • Yes. Private design consultations are $50. Your consultation reserves dedicated time with Haus of Holiday and, if you move forward with your project, the full $50 is applied toward your project total.

  • No. Your installation date is secured once your proposal has been accepted, your agreement has been signed and the required deposit has been received. Availability can change during the booking process, particularly during peak season.

  • Every Haus of Holiday project is custom, so pricing varies based on the size and complexity of the space, design density, décor requirements, sourcing, and installation needs. Following your consultation, we’ll prepare a proposal based on the scope of your project.

DESIGN & INSTALLATION

  • Absolutely. If you have pieces you love, we can incorporate them into your design when appropriate. We can also source new décor to complement your existing collection and create a more cohesive finished look.

  • Yes. We can design and decorate a tree you already own, provided it is suitable for the intended design and installation.

  • Definitely. Haus of Holiday designs far beyond the tree. Depending on the project, we can style staircases, mantels, garlands, wreaths, entryways, tablescapes and other spaces throughout the home or property.

  • Select exterior installations are available depending on the scope, location and requirements of the project. Tell us what you have in mind during your consultation and we'll determine whether it's a fit.

  • Yes. Haus of Holiday accepts select destination projects, including projects in The Bahamas and other locations by request. Travel, accommodations, shipping and other project-related expenses may apply.

HOLIDAY RENTALS

  • Our rental service gives you the Haus of Holiday look without purchasing and storing an entire collection of décor. We curate the decorative elements, professionally design and install your tree, then return after the season to remove and inventory the rental pieces.

  • Yes. Our standard rental service is designed for clients who already own a suitable pre-lit artificial Christmas tree. Your tree must be fully assembled, positioned in its final location and tested before our team arrives. Limited complete-tree rentals may be available upon request.

  • Your collection may include ornaments, ribbon, florals, picks, specialty accents and other decorative elements selected for your design. The exact contents vary depending on your tree size, chosen design level and creative direction.

  • Our standard rental period is up to four weeks. Extended rental periods may be available for an additional fee and should be arranged in advance.

  • No. Scheduled takedown is part of the rental experience. Our team returns to carefully remove, pack and inventory the collection so you don't have to worry about post-holiday cleanup.

  • Each rental collection is documented and accompanied by an inventory and replacement-value schedule. Clients are responsible for items that are lost or damaged beyond ordinary wear in accordance with the rental agreement.

  • Rental pieces remain part of the Haus of Holiday collection and aren't available for purchase unless specifically noted. However, when possible, we may be able to source the same or a similar piece for you to purchase.

  • Yes. Professional installation and scheduled takedown are included in your rental package. That's the whole point: you enjoy the magic; we handle the details.

AFTER THE HOLIDAYS

  • Yes. Scheduled takedown is available for qualifying projects. If you would like Haus of Holiday to return after the season, let us know during the booking process so takedown can be included in your project scope.

  • Takedown is scheduled based on availability following the holiday season. We recommend arranging it when you book your installation, as post-holiday dates are limited.

  • For qualifying projects, décor can be carefully removed and packed as part of your takedown service. Packing requirements vary by project and will be outlined in your proposal.

  • At this time, Haus of Holiday does not offer long-term storage for client-owned décor. Rental décor is removed and returned to the Haus of Holiday collection.
